The house

A 59 m² two-bedroom apartment and an adjoining studio, rented together for up to 7 guests, with a private garden, deck and hot tub facing the sea.

The apartment and the studio each have their own private entrance and open onto an enclosed garden and deck that are not overlooked. Facing south-east, the garden is sheltered from the prevailing winds and gets the sun all morning. The garden and hot tub are yours alone: if there are only two of you, the studio stays empty.

The upper part of the building is occupied by a neighbour, who reaches their home from another street. Please respect their peace after midnight. Note that a few steps lead to the house.
