Terms
- A 50% deposit confirms the booking, the balance is paid before arrival by bank transfer or card (1.5% fee). A €400 security deposit is requested but not cashed. Cancellation is free up to two months before your stay.
- You can still cancel up to the day before your stay, but the full rental amount remains due. We always look for a solution: if we re-let your dates, we refund you, keeping only any discount granted to re-let them, especially at the last minute. If the dates are not re-let, the amounts paid are retained, but you can use them for an off-season stay, from October to March, outside French school holidays. Good to know: if you pay by card, your card often includes cancellation cover that may refund these costs; check with your bank.
