A house facing the bay, made for slowing down
On the coastal road of Perros-Guirec, L’Anse Bleue faces the sea to the south-east. In the morning the sun rises over the bay while the coffee brews; in the evening you slip into the hot tub as the harbour lights come on.
The property combines a two-bedroom apartment and a separate studio, each with its own entrance, around an enclosed, private garden. Trestrignel beach and the coastal path are a few minutes’ walk away, the town centre fifteen minutes.

Very handy that each bedroom has its own shower and toilet. The beach and a beautiful trail are within walking distance, and the hot tub is a great bonus. The host always replied very quickly.

I manage the Horizon Marin shops, specialising in Breton-inspired seaside clothing (raincoats, striped Breton tops, knitwear), including the one on the Trestraou seafront, a few minutes from L'Anse Bleue, as well as the online shop horizonmarin.fr.
I have been welcoming guests since 2020 and know the coast inside out: I answer your messages myself, and I am always happy to share my tips for beaches, walks and restaurants.

Frequently asked questions
Can the apartment and studio be rented separately?
No, the apartment and studio are always rented together. If there are only two of you, the studio stays empty: the garden, deck and hot tub are yours alone.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, at no extra cost. We simply ask you not to leave them alone in the house and to protect the furniture. Rules for beaches and paths vary by season: please check with the tourist office.
Is linen provided?
Yes: bed linen, plus one large and one small towel per person. Electricity and wifi are also included.
Can we come with a baby?
Of course: a travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available. Just mention it in your request.
Are there steps to reach the house?
Yes, a few steps lead to the house (see photos), so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
How do payment and cancellation work?
A 50% deposit confirms the booking, the balance is paid before arrival by bank transfer or card (1.5% fee). A €400 security deposit is requested but not cashed. Cancellation is free up to two months before your stay.
Is there a minimum stay?
2 nights outside school holidays, 5 nights during the shorter holidays and 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) in high summer. The calendar shows it as soon as you pick your dates.
Is the internet connection good?
Yes: a 5G box at around 350 Mbit/s, enough to work remotely. There is a TV with Netflix.
